JESS, EMILY & MANAR
Jess Hunichen and Emily Ward are the co-founders of the multi-faceted talent management agency, Shine Talent Group. After launching Shine PR in January 2015, the team quickly saw the opportunity to fill a void in the influencer landscape. In November 2015, Shine Talent Group was born, built to serve as a resource for brands and marketing/PR agencies with one-on-one talent management and campaign strategy consulting.
Building on this rapid success, the team expanded to represent social talent globally with offices in Los Angeles, Toronto, and London. To support this scale and drive next-level growth, Manar El Mugammar joined Shine in September 2023, stepping into the role of President in September 2026. Bringing an MBA and over 15 years of experience in transformative digital operations, Manar oversees global operations and leads a sweeping transformation across Shine’s enterprise functions—revolutionizing processes in HR, finance, legal, and operational infrastructure.
Together, the leadership team continues to strengthen Shine’s offering, combining deep social media immersion with robust global operations to deliver impactful, best-in-class campaigns on and offline.
