Aleyda is a Toronto based recipe developer, food content creator, and mom of three. After suffering from a debilitating autoimmune condition, Aleyda reclaimed her relationship with food and created the food blog “The Dish on Healthy”. Through her platform, Aleyda shares and inspires others to create healthy, easy, feel-good recipes. Using fast approachable techniques and fresh ingredients, Aleyda hopes to inspire her audiences to eat real wholesome food, while making it enjoyable and delicious.
