MERIT Beauty approached us seeking specialized casting support for their upcoming campaigns. As a performance-driven beauty brand, they needed to identify creators who could deliver measurable results while maintaining the brand's sophisticated aesthetic and messaging integrity. 

Our Approach

We leveraged our deep understanding of the beauty and lifestyle creator landscape to recommend eight high-performing creators from the Shine roster. Our selection process focused on:

  • Conversion track record in the beauty space
  • Authentic alignment with MERIT's minimalist ethos
  • Platform-specific expertise across Instagram and TikTok
  • Diverse content styles to showcase product versatility

The campaign featured a strategic mix of content formats including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and Instagram Story sets, each optimized for performance while maintaining consistent brand positioning.
